Abstract
|
|
|
A large cervical myoma in combination with a´ full term pregnancy is rare. It may causeserious complications during delivery by mechanical obstruction of the birth canal.
The case presented is particularly interesting because the myoma was extruded-out and almost entirely separated from the cervix of the uterus by uterine contractions during´ delivery without causing serious complication.
We report this´ case ´because of its rarity and unusual clinical presentation.
